      How do I create PDF quotes for clients on BOLD's website?

      Instead of adding items to your cart, you can create a PDF quote for download using the 'My Projects' feature.

      You asked and we listened!  We've added a feature called 'My Projects'.

      *Please note: You must create a free BOLD Pros account on our website in order to access the 'My Projects' feature.*

       

      When you're browsing the site, instead of adding items to your cart, use the "Save to Project" button instead. This will allow you to create multiple project quotes.

      Put your project together by saving all the products you want. Once you're done, click on "My Projects" at the top right of the navigation bar and click "View Project".

      From that page you can add and change product quantities, remove products, add products to your cart for purchase, or generate a PDF quote for print or for downloading to your desktop.

      Click "GENERATE PDF QUOTE", select the type of pricing you want the quote to display, and done!

      Here's a detailed step-by step on how to create a PDF quote for a project on the boldpros.com website:

      1. Go to boldpros.com
      2. Got to 'My Account' icon to sign up or log in to your BOLD Pros account (second last icon located at the top right of the screen).
      3. Once you're logged in, click 'Shop' to the top left of the screen to browse BOLD products.
      4. Click on the product you'd like to add to your project.
      5. Click 'SAVE TO PROJECT' (yellow button under product description).
      6. Click 'New Project' and type in a project name of your choosing (you can also choose to add the product to an existing project instead). 
      7. Click 'Add to Project'.
      8. Repeat steps 3-6 to add all the products you want in the quote.
      9. Once you're done adding products, go to 'My Projects' (located at the top right of the screen) and click on the project.
      10. Add quantities desired for each product (you can also remove the products you don't wish to include in quote at this point). 
      11. Click 'GENERATE PDF QUOTE' and choose the type of pricing you want the quote to display. There are categories of pricing you can choose for the quote: Trade Pricing, Retails Pricing, or No Pricing.
      12. Click 'Download' to see a print preview of the PDF quote.
      13. Print or save the PDF quote file to your desktop.
      14. Done!
